We collect information you provide directly: your Telegram user ID, media files submitted for processing, and payment information processed through Stripe. We also automatically collect usage data such as processing timestamps, file sizes, and platform presets selected.

We use your information to provide and improve the Service, process payments, communicate with you about your account, and ensure compliance with our Terms of Service. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
3. Media File Handling
Media files you submit are processed on our servers and automatically deleted within 1 hour of processing completion. We do not store, review, or share your media files beyond what is necessary to deliver the Service. Processed output files are delivered directly to you via Telegram.
4. Payment Information
Payment processing is handled by Stripe. We do not store your full credit card number, CVV, or other sensitive payment details on our servers. We retain only a tokenized reference and billing history for record-keeping purposes.
5. Cookies & Analytics
Our marketing website may use essential cookies for functionality and anonymous analytics to understand traffic patterns. We do not use tracking cookies for advertising purposes. You can disable cookies in your browser settings.
6. Data Security
We implement industry-standard security measures including encrypted connections (TLS), secure server infrastructure, and access controls. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
7. Data Retention
We retain account information for the duration of your subscription plus 90 days after cancellation. Media files are deleted within 1 hour of processing. Billing records are retained for 7 years for legal and tax compliance purposes.

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. You may request a copy of your data or ask us to delete your account by contacting us. We will respond to requests within 30 days. For users in the EU, GDPR rights apply in full.
9. Third-Party Services
We use third-party services including Telegram (bot delivery), Stripe (payments), and cloud hosting providers. These services have their own privacy policies, and we encourage you to review them. We only share the minimum data necessary for these services to function.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via the Service or email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
