1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using ShadowReel ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, you may not use the Service. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time, and continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of any changes.
2. Description of Service
ShadowReel provides a content uniquification tool that applies imperceptible pixel-level modifications to media files. The Service is delivered via a Telegram bot interface. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time without prior notice.
3. User Accounts & Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to promptly update it if it changes.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to process content that you do not have the legal right to distribute, or for any purpose that violates applicable law. You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service. Abuse of the Service, including excessive automated requests, may result in account termination.
5. Billing & Subscriptions
Paid plans are billed on a recurring monthly or annual basis through Stripe. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are issued at our discretion. Prices are subject to change with 30 days' notice.
6. Intellectual Property
You retain all rights to the media you upload. ShadowReel does not claim ownership of your content. The Service, including its brand, design, code, and algorithms, is the intellectual property of ShadowReel and is protected by applicable laws.
7. Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. ShadowReel shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
8. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access immediately, without prior notice, for any breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately, and any outstanding credits are forfeited.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.
